TC777 account problems — contact TC777, not us
TC777 support is in the app: tap Support in the bottom navigation bar, or use the headset icon in the top right of most screens. That is the only channel that can act on your account.
We are an independent affiliate. We cannot:
- Access, unlock or recover your TC777 account
- See your balance or your transaction history
- Release, speed up or investigate a withdrawal
- Credit a missing deposit or a bonus
- Escalate anything to TC777 on your behalf
Anyone claiming otherwise — including anyone in a WhatsApp or Telegram group offering to “fix” a stuck TC777 withdrawal for a fee — is running a scam. There is no intermediary who can move your balance. Do not send money to anyone promising to unlock a withdrawal, and do not give anyone your login or withdrawal password.
When you contact TC777 support, have ready: your account ID (top of the Profile tab), the transaction ID from your Easypaisa or JazzCash confirmation, and a screenshot. Ask for a specific reason and a specific timeframe, in writing. If you cannot get either, that is information about the operator.
